Finally I got my first pay yesterday! (tues)
It's my pay for my first week of work, and although it's not a huge sum, but I'm proud of myself finally earning some $ in the outside world.
To put the $$ into perspective, the first week of work (and only FOUR DAYS due to Good Friday), is almost HALF of what I earn PER MONTH in the bloody SAF!
To repeat what I've said for umpteen times, ANYTHING IS BETTER THAN THE ARMY.
Wa lao ORD liao still complain about army!!
Yes, I am that bitter about it.
With OT last week and this week, the pay-cheque for the next fortnight promises to be even fatter than my first week's!
